EasyMaker doesn't just help you create Easy Read – it helps you create accessible Easy Read.
Built-in checks flag issues as you work: missing alt text, poor colour contrast, reading order problems. Your finished documents meet W3C accessibility standards, so they work for everyone – including people using screen readers or other assistive technology.
Most of the time, EasyMaker handles these things automatically. But when something needs your attention, you'll know about it before you publish.
One document, every format
People access information in different ways. Some prefer print. Some read on their phone. Some want to listen. EasyMaker lets you create once and share in whatever format works best.

EasyMaker suggests images from the Photosymbols library to match your text. If you can't find exactly what you need, you've got options:

Our Newton Project has involved over 80 participants across 19 organisations, gathering data on how people actually want to receive information: what fonts they prefer, how they like layouts to look, what kinds of pictures work best, and whether they prefer print or digital.
This research shapes everything in EasyMaker – from the default fonts and layouts to the output formats we offer.
